Lead Client Account Strategist

ROLE OBJECTIVE:
The Senior Account Manager serves as a vital link between the Client and the broader Incubeta team. This role is essential in supporting Account Directors by managing day-to-day account operations, ensuring that all campaigns and solutions are executed from inception to completion, and striving to exceed client expectations.
Building and nurturing strong, effective relationships with key Client contacts, as well as internal team members, is crucial for delivering successful services and solutions.

The Senior Account Manager is accountable for the seamless operation and effective management of the Client's business across all relevant services, ensuring that all of Incubeta's campaigns, digital solutions, and projects are delivered efficiently and successfully.
The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of the client's business, alongside Incubeta's service offerings, enabling them to analyze client requests and translate them into actionable briefs for our delivery team. They will foster deep, collaborative relationships with Clients and internal teams, demonstrating a commitment to delivering impactful solutions that benefit both the Client's business and Incubeta.
Key Responsibilities:- Client Relationship Management:
- Act as the primary liaison for assigned clients.
- Establish and maintain robust, long-term relationships with clients at a senior level.
- Comprehend clients' business goals and devise customized digital marketing strategies.
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess campaign performance and strategize future initiatives.
- Effectively manage account escalations both internally and externally.
- Campaign Management:
- Plan, implement, and enhance digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (e.g., SEO, Google Ads, GMP, social media, and creative enablement).
- Track and evaluate campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Oversee budgets and ensure timely and cost-effective campaign delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., creative, content, paid media) to guarantee campaign success.
- Accountable for ensuring campaigns align with briefs and achieve targeted performance outcomes, making adjustments as necessary.
- Strategy Development:
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to uncover opportunities for clients.
- Develop and present comprehensive digital marketing strategies to clients.
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies.
- Reporting and Analytics:
- Prepare detailed performance reports and maintain accurate client reporting dashboards.
- Analyze data to assess campaign effectiveness and return on investment (ROI).
- Utilize insights to refine and enhance ongoing campaigns.
- Lead and present key client reporting engagements (Select Campaigns, Quarterly Review & Annual Reviews) in person.
- Client Education and Support:
- Inform clients about digital marketing best practices and emerging trends.
- Provide training and support on digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within an agency context.
- Proven history of managing, advising, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns.
- Demonstrated ability in a client-facing environment, with a proven track record of managing and enhancing relationships with clients and external stakeholders.
- Ability to identify opportunities and drive initiatives that add value and impact to client accounts.
- Possession of own transport and a valid driver's license.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, display advertising).
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEMrush, HubSpot).
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data.
- Capability to manage multiple clients and projects concurrently.
- Creative thinker with robust problem-solving abilities.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Familiarity with project management tools and software.
- Proficient in Google Product Suite (Gmail, Sheets, Slides, Docs, LookerStudio).
- Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint).
