About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Amazon PPC Strategist & Campaigns Lead to join our team at ABC Worldwide. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing exceptional paid campaigns strategies for Amazon, driving business growth and revenue for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive paid campaigns strategies for Amazon, leveraging your expertise in Amazon PPC and sponsored products.
  • Lead a team of PPC specialists in daily campaign management and monitoring, ensuring highest standards are followed in budget management, pacing, monitoring, and reporting.
  • Provide training and mentorship to team members, implement best management practices, and ensure outstanding use of Pacvue, our PPC automation software.
  • Produce dashboards and reports for internal and client consumption, generating insights, calculating agreed KPIs, and providing recommendations for campaigns adjustment and optimization.
  • Develop projections with client success managers and understand the tools used to build these.
  • Proactively bring new ideas forward to improve our results and campaign performance.
  • Manage key accounts within the Campaigns team, where highest levels of performance are expected.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the products, competition, industry, marketing goals, and objectives of each of our customers.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the mechanics of Amazon PPC and any new products and service offerings.
  • Plan the introduction of these new products and service offerings into the Campaigns team.
  • Develop and improve business processes and operating procedures for the Campaigns team, ensuring quality in our products and performance throughout.
  • Attend customer meetings with customer success managers, if required.
  • Constantly innovate and keep abreast of opportunities for the company and our clients in the paid advertising space within the Amazon environment.
  • Use ad attribution to push traffic to Amazon listings.
  • Participate in recruitment for PPC specialists within the company.
What You Bring to the Role
  • Proven track record in implementation of campaign growth strategies.
  • Proven track record of managing a paid media team or PPC team in an agency environment managing 60+ accounts.
  • Deep strategic and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills, and familiar with pivot tables.
  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
  • A proactive and hands-on approach.
  • Paid PPC Automation software experience essential.
  • Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate team, lead from the front, get your hands dirty, and engage effectively with clients on campaigns.
