Sales Territory Manager
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated Sales Territory Manager to join our team at Alinta Tech Solutions. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for achieving maximum sales profitability, growth, and account penetration within an assigned territory and/or market segment.
The ideal candidate will have excellent presentation skills, market analysis experience, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). A strong understanding of HVAC products, including VRF, Chillers, and Split units, is also essential.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Plan and manage personal business portfolio/territory/business according to an agreed market development strategy.
- Execute plans to achieve business objectives.
In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate will also be required to:
- Monitor and report on market and competitor activities, providing relevant reports and managing promotions and specials.
- Analyze market and sales trends, providing regular reports.
- Matric with 3-5 years of sales and marketing experience.
- Degree/Diploma in Sales & Marketing is advantageous.
- Sales/Technical qualification is beneficial.
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum.
