Drive Business Growth in Sub-Saharan Africa

We are seeking an experienced Technical Sales Manager to drive sales and expand business development across Sub-Saharan Africa. As a representative of Network Recruitment, you will promote our client's brands, products, and services in assigned territories, leveraging your extensive industry knowledge and network.

This role requires frequent travel within the region to engage with key clients and partners, fostering strong relationships and identifying new business opportunities. You will be responsible for promoting company brands, products, and services, either directly or through local agents and distributors.

  • Promote and sell company brands, products, and services in assigned territories.
  • Build and maintain strong communication with customers to generate leads and identify business opportunities.
  • Conduct on-site meetings to understand client needs, finalize designs, secure orders, and address any concerns.
Requirements
  • An engineering degree (Mechanical) or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 15 years in a commercial role within the African Mining sector.
  • Experience in industrial equipment sales is highly preferred.
  • A proven track record in sales and business development.
  • A background in oil and gas, chemical, or industrial markets is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM, and Power BI.
Competitive Salary Package

We offer a competitive salary package, estimated at $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience. This includes a base salary, commission, and benefits that reflect the company's commitment to its employees' growth and well-being.
