Job Description

As a Business Development Specialist at Marvel Placement Consultants, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and expansion. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in client acquisition, relationship-building, and recruitment processes.

The ideal candidate will possess strong sales and negotiation skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and within a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment platforms is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively seek out and build relationships with potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to identify recruitment needs and opportunities.
  • Identify and contact potential clients to introduce recruitment services.
  • Present the company's services, highlighting solutions tailored to clients' recruitment needs.

Additional responsibilities include utilizing recruitment platforms to identify and source potential candidates, conducting initial screening and shortlisting of candidates, scheduling interviews, and maintaining the candidate database.

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of R350,000 - R450,000 per annum, based on performance and experience. Benefits include a commission structure, training provided, and the opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing recruitment agency.
