Director of Revenue Growth and Partnerships

We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Revenue Growth and Partnerships to join our team at HR Genie. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships, innovative pricing strategies, and data-driven decision making.
About the Role:- This is a full-time position with a salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
- You will lead a team of professionals focused on secondary revenue initiatives and collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Strategic Revenue Growth
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategies for secondary revenue growth, including partnerships, ancillary products, and other non-core revenue streams.
- Identify and evaluate new revenue opportunities in line with business objectives.
- Create innovative pricing, packaging, and promotional strategies to drive revenue.
- Oversee existing secondary revenue streams, such as advertising, sponsorships, ancillary services, and loyalty programs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, vendors, and stakeholders to maximize collaboration and profitability.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of secondary revenue channels, identifying areas for optimization and improvement.
- Identify and secure strategic partnerships that align with business vision and revenue objectives.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure mutual value creation and long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote secondary revenue initiatives.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to inform revenue strategies.
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of secondary revenue initiatives.
- Present regular reports and recommendations to the executive team.
- Lead a team of professionals focused on secondary revenue initiatives, providing mentorship and development opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, operations, finance, and product to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
- Bachelor's degree in business, economics, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in revenue management, business development, or a related role, with a focus on secondary/ancillary revenue streams.
- Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth through innovative strategies and partnerships.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
