About the Role
This is a high-performing sales position that requires a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in sales, with a strong background in marketing and communications. Strong time management skills and excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
Main Responsibilities
- Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified leads through effective networking, outreach, and marketing efforts.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform business decisions and drive revenue growth.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue growth, working closely with cross-functional teams.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners, ensuring a strong understanding of the organization's products or services.
- Track and report on sales and business development activities to internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- National diploma or bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, and communications.
- 4+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong analytical, communication, and networking skills, as well as a strategic mindset.
- High standards for professionalism and presentation, with basic computer skills including proficiency with industry tools and programs.
