Job Overview:

HR Genie is seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Chief Growth Strategist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth and expansion.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business development, revenue optimization, and strategic planning, with a proven track record of delivering innovative solutions that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Growth Strategy Development
  • Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies, including partnerships, product development, and pricing optimization.
  • Identify and evaluate new growth opportunities aligned with the company's business objectives.
  • Leverage market research and data analysis to inform growth strategies.
  1. Revenue Channel Expansion
  • Expand existing secondary revenue streams, including advertising, sponsorships, and loyalty programs.
  • Maintain strong relationships with partners, vendors, and stakeholders to maximize collaboration and profitability.
  • Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  1. Partnership Development and Management
  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships that align with the company's vision and growth objectives.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote growth initiatives.
  1. Data-Driven Decision Making
  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to inform growth strategies.
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure growth initiatives.
  • Present regular reports and recommendations to the executive team.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, economics, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience in revenue management, business development, or a related role, with a focus on secondary/ancillary revenue streams.
  • Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth through innovative strategies and partnerships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and financial modeling.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Salary:

$180,000 - $250,000 per year, depending on experience.
