Job Summary:

TalentCru is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Consultant to join our team. As a Business Development Consultant, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our national footprint.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a call cycle to meet with clients and outlets, resulting in new business opportunities and sales growth.
  • Travel to and from clients, utilizing a reliable vehicle to ensure timely meetings.
  • Utilize sound Key Account Management Methodology to plan impactful call cycles and drive sales growth.
  • Proven sales experience in a B2B or B2C environment, with a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for staying up to date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Meet outlined sales targets for new business and grow national footprint.
  • Represent the brand in a professional manner, consistently alert for new business opportunities and obtaining new leads regularly.
  • Implement a high-touch key account methodology to delight clients, ensuring regular and consistent meetings with new and existing clients.
  • Manage orders to ensure demand for stock can be met, and complete sales reports and provide sales forecasts.
