International Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and multilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. As an International Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients across multiple verticals.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist passengers with pre & post flight departure travel-related queries in customer relations department in Spanish & English languages
- Work on airline reservations systems & handling voice calls in English & Spanish may include some written correspondence.
- Daily interactions with international passengers with queries and compliments
- Native level fluency in Spanish language: Verbal & Written
- Located in South Africa
- Permanent residence permit/ South African ID holders only
- Flexibility to work shifts
- Fully paid product and systems training provided
- 4 weeks (Fully Paid) training period
- Probation period: 4 months
This is a full-time permanent role working 40 hours per week at 8-9 hours shifts per day - Rotational shifts Mondays – Sundays includes & public holidays as operationally required. Working hours will be sent 2 weeks in advance.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Roughly R450,000 - R550,000 per annum, depending on experience.
This estimate is based on industry standards for similar roles in the North West, South Africa region.
