Multilingual Contact Centre Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and multilingual Contact Centre Representative to join our team in North West, South Africa. As a representative of Black Pen Recruitment, you will be working with a prestigious airline brand on various work streams.
Job DescriptionYou will be assisting passengers with pre and post-flight departure travel-related queries in customer relations departments in Dutch and English languages. This will include working on airline reservations systems and handling voice calls in English and Dutch, as well as some written correspondence.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to international passengers with queries and compliments
- Meet specific key performance indicators and client service levels
- Work in a demanding and time-sensitive call center environment
- Native level fluency in Dutch language (Verbal & Written)
- Located in South Africa
- Permanent residence permit/ South African ID holders only
- Flexibility to work shifts
- Fibre internet connection or fixed stable ADSL line required at own cost
- UPS Solution required during load shedding (Inverters available for purchase via our client or own solution accepted)
- Fully paid product and systems training provided
- Training: 4 weeks (Fully Paid)
- Probation period: 4 months
