Revenue Growth Strategist Role

Kontak Recruitment is assisting a leading IT Managed Services Provider based in the UK in finding a dynamic Revenue Operations Analyst to drive sales business planning, generate insights, and achieve operational excellence within their sales organisation.
The successful candidate will work closely with teams across Business Systems, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Business Operations to drive sales and revenue growth. They will be responsible for conducting business analyses, establishing scalable process improvements, and leading key projects and initiatives from start to completion.
Key Requirements:
- 4 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management
- At least 3 years of experience in business planning, revenue operations, or consulting, preferably in a B2B technology environment
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing processes
- Proven track record of leading initiatives that drive revenue growth and operational efficiency
- Experience in project management, preferably within management consulting or strategic planning teams in technology companies
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Excel and Power BI
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
- Experience working in a high-velocity, metrics-driven sales organisation
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Dynamics CRM preferred); CRM implementation experience is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise tasks effectively, and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
