Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Claims Clerk to join our team at Unique Personnel Ltd. As a Benefits Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth administration of withdrawal/retrenchment savings claims.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and evaluate documents in accordance with company standards and procedures.
  • Correspond with members or employers via various communication channels.
  • Calculate benefits payable accurately and efficiently.
  • Prepare and submit statistical reports on time.
  • Cater to customer inquiries and general enquiries related to benefits and the Pension Funds Act.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
  • A Grade 12 qualification.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in an administrative environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organisational and administrative abilities.
  • Intermediate MS Office/PC skills.
  • Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

Salary Range: $40,000 - $55,000 per annum. Note: This is an estimate based on industry standards and may vary depending on location and other factors.
