Benefits Administrator Assistant

We are seeking a skilled Claims Clerk to join our team at Unique Personnel Ltd. As a Benefits Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth administration of withdrawal/retrenchment savings claims.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and evaluate documents in accordance with company standards and procedures.
- Correspond with members or employers via various communication channels.
- Calculate benefits payable accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare and submit statistical reports on time.
- Cater to customer inquiries and general enquiries related to benefits and the Pension Funds Act.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
- A Grade 12 qualification.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in an administrative environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organisational and administrative abilities.
- Intermediate MS Office/PC skills.
- Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
Salary Range: $40,000 - $55,000 per annum. Note: This is an estimate based on industry standards and may vary depending on location and other factors.
