Esteem Recruitment is seeking a skilled Employee Benefits Consultant to join our team. With a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in administrative and support roles, you will have a strong understanding of employee benefits and be able to provide expert advice to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage notifications to insurers regarding disabilities and loss of license claims
  • Obtain documentation and submit to insurers
  • Follow up on claims and liaise with clients, insurers, and employers as necessary
  • Manage review requirements and instruct administrators to update benefit categories

Requirements:

  • Matric core maths qualification
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
