W.A.V.E is seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Clerk to join our dynamic Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of our HR department.

Salary Range: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job ads and scheduling interviews.
  • Process onboarding and offboarding documentation for employees.
  • Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries and provide support as needed.
  • Prepare HR reports and maintain organized records.
  • Assist in the coordination of training sessions and employee engagement activities.
  • Support payroll and benefits administration.
  • Perform general administrative duties, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.

Qualifications and Skills:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree in HR or related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in an administrative or HR role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
