Regional Business Development Manager

The role of the Sales and Marketing Director involves leading the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth. You will be responsible for managing a sales team, building relationships with clients, and identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives
- Manage and motivate a sales team to achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales and marketing strategies
- Bachelor's degree in business or sales management
- A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the filtration industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Technical knowledge of the filtration industry and related products
