Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Development Executive to join our team at Unique Personnel Ltd. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your sales expertise and drive business growth in the auto industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets by developing and executing effective sales strategies
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring timely servicing of existing customers
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information as required
- Generate sales reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement
- Foster relationships with key stakeholders through networking and cold calls
- Collect payments and manage credit control processes
- Conduct territory development activities to expand market share

Requirements:
- Matric or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 2 years' experience in sales, preferably in the auto industry
- Strong knowledge of the auto industry and its dynamics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license with no endorsements
- South African citizenship
- Good English language proficiency
- Afrikaans language skills an advantage
- Clean credit history and no disciplinary records

Compensation Package:
The estimated annual salary for this role is R250,000 - R300,000, commensurate with experience.
