Business Development Opportunity
We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to join our esteemed team at Lotus HR and Recruitment. The successful candidate will focus on developing profitable national and international business opportunities.
Key Requirements:
- A tertiary qualification in Business Management or a related field, coupled with 8-10 years of experience in business development and strategic growth within the oil and gas, power generation, or renewable energy sector.
- A proven track record in sourcing, developing new opportunities, and negotiating favourable terms and securing profitable projects and business opportunities nationally and internationally.
- A solid background in reading market trends, services, and products, as well as growth areas and potential joint venture partnerships.
- A thorough understanding of project time frames, being an effective communicator and liaison between the company, client, and partners, as well as being commercially aware of costing, pricing with suppliers, and SLA negotiations.
- The ability to travel extensively both nationally and internationally, as well as having a finger on the pulse of industry-relevant seminars, conferences, and related events.
- A clear criminal and credit record, with a valid passport.
