Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Sales Growth Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales growth within existing customers and new business opportunities. As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our client base.
Responsibilities- Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet monthly and annual new business sales targets.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to identify retention and growth opportunities.
- Product Marketing: Promote our client's range of environmentally friendly food packaging solutions to new and existing customers.
- Client Solutions: Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Qualifications: Matric/Grade 12, with a minimum of 3 years' sales experience in a B2B environment, including some experience in New Business Development.
- Skills: Proven history of achieving sales growth within existing customers and new business, fluency in English (written and verbal), excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and computer literacy in MS Office Suite.
- Personal Qualities: Results-driven work approach, ability to plan, set goals, and work according to strict deadlines, high levels of accuracy and standards of quality in work and customer dealings, and a valid driver's license with own reliable vehicle.
