Sales Growth SpecialistAbout the Role

Main Responsibilities

  1. Boost sales, profits, and market share for the Company
  2. Achieve commission targets
  3. Ensure productivity/activity targets are attained
  4. Deliver exceptional customer service
  5. Enhance brand dominance and increase market share growth in the designated area
  6. Collaborate with the Managing Director to draft and deliver proposals, prepare costings, and create client propositions
  7. Ensure all sales are conducted in an ethical manner
  8. Submit completed daily, weekly, and/or monthly reports to the MD
  9. Complete credit applications, movement slips, and order confirmations, signed by the client and handed to the sales coordinator prior to the start of a contract
  10. Ensure the client is aware of Company procedures to guarantee timely payment of workers and invoices, and all SLA and TOB are discussed with the client
  11. Execute the operation handover correctly, ensuring contract workers and clients' needs are met
  12. Liaise with the Debtors Manager regarding outstanding monies and account queries, and follow up with the client to ensure payment is received
  13. Attend sales meetings as required
  14. Stay well-informed on all relevant legislation, policies, and processes

About You

Requirements

  1. Matric Certificate
  2. Minimum qualification - MBA
  3. At least 5 years of sales experience
  4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  5. Computer literate
  6. Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  7. Must have excellent business acumen skills
  8. Valid Driver's License and own vehicle
