Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the organization, including handling general inquiries, maintaining accurate records, and preparing meeting materials.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, book meetings and appointments, and manage calendars to ensure seamless operations.
  • Assist with budgeting and financial tasks, including data entry and expense tracking, to maintain financial accuracy.
  • Support other departments as needed, including HR, IT, and operations, to ensure a collaborative work environment.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive or confidential information.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative role.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (such as business administration or office administration) an asset.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Suite (Gmail, Google Drive).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
