Responsibilities:

  1. Implement Strategic HR Initiatives by partnering with hiring managers for effective recruitment and talent management.
  2. Develop Training Programs to enhance skills, knowledge, and competencies within the organization.
  3. Manage Employment Equity Reports and ensure compliance with labor laws.
  4. Foster Positive Work Relationships through effective communication and employee engagement strategies.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Degree in Human Resources (essential).
  2. 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist.
  3. 2-3 years of knowledge of the recruitment process.
  4. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  5. Knowledge of relevant labor laws and regulations.
