About the Job:
The Administrative Support Professional will provide critical support to our HR department by coordinating payroll processes, maintaining employee records, and ensuring accuracy in approved timesheets.
This role involves collecting and centralizing payroll calculation supporting information, reviewing and verifying employment documents, and delivering electronic and hard copy documents necessary for payroll processing. Additionally, you will assist employees in completing termination formalities, collect requests for certificates, and answer routine queries on labor law and internal procedures.
You will be part of a dynamic team and will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in HR administration. To succeed in this role, you will need excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.
Qualifications:
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with a strong understanding of HR administrative processes, excellent planning and analytical skills, and the ability to effectively manage multiple activities simultaneously. A University degree and experience in personnel administration and payroll services are required.
