  • Training and Development: Coordinate internal and external training, manage the Learnership programme, and ensure timeous annual compliance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources/Industrial Psychology
  • Minimum 2-5 years' experience in a senior HR role
  • Financial services industry experience
  • Strong work ethic, leadership skills, and excellent communication skills
