Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for driving HR best practices and human capital development across the organization. This includes developing and implementing strategies to retain top talent, creating development plans for employees, and ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation.
Key Responsibilities:- Talent Management: Develop and implement talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent within the organization.
- Compliance: Ensure that all employee-related matters are dealt with in a sensitive and respectful manner, and that the organization remains compliant with all relevant legislation.
- Recruitment: Assist directors with recruitment activities, coordinate interviews, conduct exit interviews, assess and evaluate candidates, and draft offer letters.
- Employee Onboarding: Coordinate new employee onboarding, ensuring employees understand company policies, procedures, benefits, and the probationary review.
- Training and Development: Coordinate internal and external training, manage the Learnership programme, and ensure timeous annual compliance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources/Industrial Psychology
- Minimum 2-5 years' experience in a senior HR role
- Financial services industry experience
- Strong work ethic, leadership skills, and excellent communication skills
