The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food production and manufacturing, with a minimum of ten years of experience in a similar role.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our facilities, ensuring compliance with food safety and health and safety standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

The Executive Director of Operations will also be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of production managers and supervisors to achieve production targets
  • Ensuring effective leadership and performance management of the team
