Job Title: National Sales Manager

At KBC Health and Safety, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced National Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement tailored sales strategies across diverse industry sectors, utilizing market insights to optimize outcomes.
  • Conduct effective contract negotiations to secure favorable terms and enhance organizational profitability.
  • Lead the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring efficiency and continuity.
  • Oversee the sales team performance, ensuring that the sales target is consistently met or exceeded.
  • Analyze market dynamics and trends to adapt sales approaches, maintaining a competitive edge.
  • Collaborate with subsidiaries within Workforce Group to leverage additional business opportunities.
  • Represent KBC Health and Safety at industry events, conferences, and webinars, ensuring active participation and increase brand awareness.
Requirements:
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Results-driven with a strong focus on achieving sales targets.
  • Strategic vision to develop and execute sales plans.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  • Relationship management ability to nurture long-term client relationships.
  • Self-motivated and use own initiative.
  • Have technical skills.
  • Structured and systematic.
