National Sales Director

At KBC Health and Safety, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced National Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement tailored sales strategies across diverse industry sectors, utilizing market insights to optimize outcomes.
- Conduct effective contract negotiations to secure favorable terms and enhance organizational profitability.
- Lead the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring efficiency and continuity.
- Oversee the sales team performance, ensuring that the sales target is consistently met or exceeded.
- Analyze market dynamics and trends to adapt sales approaches, maintaining a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with subsidiaries within Workforce Group to leverage additional business opportunities.
- Represent KBC Health and Safety at industry events, conferences, and webinars, ensuring active participation and increase brand awareness.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Results-driven with a strong focus on achieving sales targets.
- Strategic vision to develop and execute sales plans.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Relationship management ability to nurture long-term client relationships.
- Self-motivated and use own initiative.
- Have technical skills.
- Structured and systematic.
1 to 2 Panel interviews.
Reporting to:Business Development Executive.
