Job Title: National Sales Manager

Job Summary:

Salesworx is seeking a highly skilled National Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts and drive revenue growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing sales teams, and building strong relationships with key accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and market expansion
  • Lead and manage high-performing sales teams to achieve sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders
  • Identify and acquire new business opportunities and up-sell to existing customers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
  • Analyze market trends and competitors' activities to inform sales strategies
  • Develop and maintain sales forecasts and account plans
  • Drive sales performance and customer satisfaction through data-driven decision-making
  • Recruit, retain, and develop sales talent to drive business growth
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive sales excellence

Requirements:

  • Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles
  • Strong coaching and mentoring skills to build high-performing sales teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and data analysis
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong decision-making skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
