A key member of our team, the Payroll Administrator, plays a critical role in maintaining accurate and efficient payroll processes.

Responsibilities

  • Compile and record employee time and payroll data, computing employees' time worked, production, and commission as required.

Key Performance Indicators

  1. Responsible for capturing bi-weekly and monthly attendance registers into Excel from manual forms, ensuring timely submission to the Financial Manager for approval and formula check.
  2. Process leave onto VIP and NBCRFLI site, ensuring all leave forms are submitted and accounted for.
  3. Prepare Performance Based Reward (PBR) calculations on attendance register and submit to site HR office, receiving all PBR adjustments from the HR office.
  4. Amend and finalize PBR figures, preparing stats per fortnight on PBR figures for submission to the operations director.
  5. Assist with payroll queries, complete exit documents, confirm employment of employees with 3rd parties, and review monthly payroll.

Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in Human Resources or related field.
  • At least 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably with NBCRFLI (bargaining council) experience.
