Job Title: Payroll HR Administrator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the role of Payroll HR Administrator at Profile Personnel.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage payroll using MP500 and PAYSPACE software.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  • Administer employee benefits and ensure timely enrollment and changes.
  • Provide support for performance management and training processes.
  • Evaluate and recommend improvements to HR processes and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Matric certificate.
  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources (HR).
  • Minimum of 5 years of HR experience in a mid to senior role.
  • Hands-on experience with payroll software (preferably MP500 and PAYSPACE).
