Key Responsibilities:
- Provide payroll and benefits administration services to external clients
- Develop and implement effective remuneration strategies that meet client objectives
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Stay up-to-date with changes in remuneration tax laws and regulations
- Utilize Xero experience to optimize financial operations
Requirements:
- Payroll/Remuneration Qualification is advantageous
- 3-5 years experience in an external payroll/remuneration administration environment
- Indepth knowledge of remuneration tax
- Knowledge of BCEA
- Experience working on multiple companies
- Experience with EMP201s and EMP205s
