Payroll HR Administrator

Well established company is seeking a skilled and experienced Payroll HR Administrator to join their team.
Requirements:
- Matric certificate.
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources (HR).
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience in a mid to senior role.
- Hands-on experience with payroll software (preferably MP500 and PAYSPACE).
Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of employee benefits, deductions, and compliance requirements.
- In-depth knowledge of South African labor laws and HR practices.
Responsibilities:
- Payroll Management: Process and administer payroll using MP500 and PAYSPACE software. Ensure accuracy of employee salaries, deductions, and benefits. Resolve payroll queries efficiently and ensure compliance with tax laws.
- HR Administration: Maintain and update employee records in line with company policies. Oversee employee benefits administration and ensure timely enrollment and changes. Support performance management and training processes.
- Compliance and Labor Law: Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with South African labor laws. Keep up-to-date with changes in employment legislation and advise management accordingly.
- Employee Relations: Address employee queries and concerns related to payroll, benefits, and HR policies. Support management with disciplinary processes and conflict resolution.
- HR Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely reports on payroll, employee benefits, and compliance. Analyze HR metrics to support decision-making.
