B2B Sales and Onboarding Specialist

We are seeking a Retail Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team at the Smollan Group. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging and onboarding vendors per the client-provided target list.
This position involves lead qualification, setting up vendor meetings, conducting onboarding presentations, and managing the contract finalization process.
Responsibilities:
- Qualify leads and ensure engagement with target vendors.
- Coordinate introduction meetings using provided pitch decks.
- Manage vendor relationships until contract finalization.
- Distribute onboarding packs to vendors.
Deliverables:
- Successfully onboard vendors.
- Accurately track onboarding metrics.
- Provide regular updates to leadership.
Requirements:
- Matric + Diploma/Degree in Business or related field.
- 3+ years experience in B2B sales, vendor onboarding, or e-commerce.
- Proficiency in CRM, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets.
