In this role, you will serve as the initial point of contact for clients and guests, ensuring a warm and professional atmosphere that leaves a lasting impression.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome clients and visitors with a friendly and inviting demeanor
  • Professionally manage and route incoming phone calls
  • Oversee the reception area, maintaining cleanliness, organization, and adequate supplies
  • Coordinate appointments and manage calendars for executives and managers
  • Support various administrative functions including filing, data entry, and photocopying
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in a receptionist role
  • Familiarity with Buildsmart software
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant applications
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Capacity to manage confidential information with integrity and discretion
  • Exceptional customer service orientation
