Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Reception and Administrative Coordinator to join our team at CK Africa Talent. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and maintaining a positive and professional work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to our team, including preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations
    • Manage and maintain accurate records, files, and databases
    • Coordinate travel arrangements and book meetings and appointments
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, colleagues, and stakeholders
    • Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and resolve customer complaints
    • Screen and direct calls to appropriate personnel
  • Office Operations
    • Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities
    • Coordinate and schedule maintenance and repairs
    • Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming

Requirements

  • Education
    • Matric certificate or equivalent
  • Experience
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in a reception and administrative role
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other productivity software
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
