Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Reception and Administrative Coordinator to join our team at CK Africa Talent. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and maintaining a positive and professional work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support
- Provide administrative support to our team, including preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Manage and maintain accurate records, files, and databases
- Coordinate travel arrangements and book meetings and appointments
- Customer Service
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, colleagues, and stakeholders
- Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and resolve customer complaints
- Screen and direct calls to appropriate personnel
- Office Operations
- Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities
- Coordinate and schedule maintenance and repairs
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming
Requirements
- Education
- Matric certificate or equivalent
- Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a reception and administrative role
- Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other productivity software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
