- Administering and optimizing network infrastructure utilizing Cisco networking skills.

- Providing advanced problem management and resolution using comprehensive ITIL methodologies.
The ideal candidate will have a National Diploma or ITIL Practitioner Level certification, Microsoft Certified Engineer, and Cisco Certified Network Associate certifications. A minimum of 8 years of experience in problem management, including implementation of ITIL processes, is required.
