Technical Services Manager

As a Senior Support/Infrastructure Engineer at C40 Cities, you will play a critical role in supporting our global operations. Your primary responsibility will be to administer all aspects of our environment, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. You will also provide 1st/2nd/3rd line support service for the firm globally, maintaining regular dialogue with clients, users, stakeholders, and vendors to stay ahead of potential challenges.
Main Responsibilities:

Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Information Technology / Computer Science degree or equivalent.
- 5+ years proven history of working within a global service desk (Senior Support).
- 3+ years participating in implementing changes using ITIL Change Management aligned processes.
- 3+ years participating in ITIL Problem Management and Continual Service Improvement activities.
