Process Improvement Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Improvement Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Business Process Optimization function, you will be responsible for driving and delivering services to support business process capabilities across the organization.
You will lead and facilitate process improvement initiatives, providing vision and support to teams throughout the implementation of these services. With a strong focus on Lean Six Sigma and process excellence, you will apply your expertise in process re-engineering methodologies and principles using best practices.
The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years' experience in process optimization, with at least 3 years as a Black Belt (Master Black Belt advantageous) using DMAIC methodology and associated tools and techniques. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or IT is also required. In addition, you should have excellent data analytical skills and experience with Power BI, SigmaXL, and Minitab.
