About This Role

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at TalentCru.

As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our internal stakeholders and customers.

Job Summary

This role involves troubleshooting technical issues related to hardware, software, and networking. You will work closely with our team to develop and deploy solutions for computer-related problems and ensure timely resolution.

Responsibilities
  • Provide 1st Level Support: Extend technical support to all internal stakeholders and customers facing problems related to hardware, software, and networking.
  • Troubleshoot Issues: Analyze and resolve problems faced by end-users of PCs, laptops, and mobile phones.
  • Develop Solutions: Create and implement solutions for computer-related problems, ensuring prompt resolution.
  • Escalate Issues: Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support – Service Desk Technician II.
Qualifications
  • Diploma in IT: Diploma in IT/Computer Science/ Information Technology or Computer Science/ IT Engineering.
  • Certifications: A+ certificate would be an added advantage; N+ certificate would be advantageous.
Skills and Abilities
  • Technical Ability: Strong technical skills and ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
  • Customer Focus: Proven experience as a help desk technician or other customer service role.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide clear and concise technical information to customers.
