We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven International Sales Executive to join our team at CallForce. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive in fast-paced sales environments and have a passion for delivering exceptional results.
About the Role
As an International Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with existing customers. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and develop tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets and exceed performance expectations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and negotiation skills
- Cultivate new business opportunities by leveraging industry connections and networking events
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure CallForce remains competitive in the market

Requirements
To succeed as an International Sales Executive at CallForce, you will need:
- A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in outbound sales, preferably in an international setting
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of building strong relationships with customers
- A strong understanding of the US market and its nuances
- English language proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively in writing and speaking
Working Hours and Conditions
You will work rotational shifts from 15h00pm – 04h00am (US HOURS) and enjoy:
- Transport provided to and from work
- Nightshift allowance to support your well-being and productivity
