Job Overview
A Business Development Executive is required by Frank Consult to expand and manage our existing corporate account portfolio. This role demands a strategic thinker with strong relationship-building skills and the ability to drive sales growth.

About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven, customer service-centric individual who can help us achieve our business goals. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to build and nurture strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, identify and research opportunities, and develop and maintain a comprehensive pipeline of prospects.

Main Responsibilities
- Identify and Research Opportunities: Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities, and develop and maintain a comprehensive pipeline of prospects.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, understand client challenges and needs, and propose solution-based products.
- Proposal Development and Presentation: Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to clients, negotiate terms, and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborative Solutions Delivery: Work closely with product development, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure seamless delivery and implementation of solution-based products.

Requirements
This role requires a highly skilled individual with 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field. The ideal candidate should be client-focused, deliver on client expectations, and have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are also essential.
