Job Overview

The Digicall Group is seeking a highly skilled Direct Sales Consultant to manage our online sales platform. This role requires the ability to identify gaps and challenges with proposed solutions, drive new sales, and increase sales revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Active Selling of Finance and Insurance Products via direct Customer Engagement through the existing Digital Portals.
  • Create enhanced measures and processes of increasing conversion rate of lead to sale thus improving incoming sales interactions.
  • Maintain and manage strong relationships with the Brand.
  • Conduct back-end functions – i.e. confirming vehicle orders, vehicle payment, deal file & arranging delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum: Grade 12 or the equivalent NQF level 4.
  • RE5 certificate.
  • FAIS qualifications and credits.
  • NCA Accredited.
  • Continuous CPD points as legally required.
