Skill Set and Qualifications:

- Problem-Solving and Adaptability: Ability to work under pressure, think critically, and solve complex problems effectively.

- Industry Expertise: In-depth knowledge of short-term insurance products and industry regulations.
Qualifications & Experience:
- A minimum of 3 years experience as a broker consultant or portfolio manager.
- 10+ years of experience in the short-term insurance sector.
- NQF Level 4: Short-Term Commercial Lines (60 Credits).
- Registered Representative for Commercial/Personal Lines.
- RE 5 Examination Level 1 certification.
