**The Role**
As the Customer Experience Manager for our Logistics Control Center, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our 5500 motorbike delivery drivers. Reporting to the Head of Customer Experience, you will collaborate closely with Team Leads and logistics controllers to address operational challenges, manage incidents effectively, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Your primary focus will be on enhancing the overall customer experience by maintaining a high level of service quality and efficiency

Tertiary Qualification in Logistics/ Business Management/ Business Administration or equivalent 5 years of experience in a logistics or customer experience role Computer literate - Good typing skills, comfortable using Microsoft Word and Excel
