Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Talent Acquisition Strategist to join our team at Flash Group. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing tailored recruitment strategies that attract top-tier talent.

About the Role

In this dynamic role, you will partner with hiring managers and leadership teams to understand their hiring needs and deliver results-driven recruitment solutions. Your expertise in sourcing and engaging passive talent will enable us to fill hard-to-fill and senior-level positions efficiently.

You will oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from role scoping to onboarding, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality candidate experiences. Additionally, you will drive process optimization and champion the use of recruitment tools and systems to streamline workflows and enhance data management.

Responsibilities
  • Business Partnership: Develop trusted relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand business goals and workforce planning needs.
  • Talent Sourcing & Engagement: Design creative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent using platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and direct outreach.
  • Relationship Building & Mentorship: Foster strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive and personalized recruitment experience.
  • End-to-End Recruitment Management: Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, conduct interviews, deliver comprehensive feedback, and drive a data-driven approach to recruitment.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition (ideally internal), preferably in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
  • Experience in sourcing and engaging passive talent using platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and recruitment systems.
  • Expertise in managing complex recruitment processes from end to end (360-degree recruitment).
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
  • Data analytics skills or exposure to data analytics.
  • Exposure to AI tools such as ChatGPT or Copilot.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and influencing skills, particularly with strong-minded stakeholders. Strong interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and mentoring abilities will also be essential in this role. We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
