Key Responsibilities:

  • Dive into diverse sourcing channels to uncover the best candidates swiftly.
  • Master the art of market research to provide invaluable insights that guide our recruitment strategy and decision-making.
  • Stay ahead of the curve on industry trends, keeping us informed and prepared with the latest market developments.
  • Collaborate and innovate within our Talent Acquisition team, actively contributing to multiple projects and initiatives.
  • Understand the power of collaboration and your role in driving team success.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of hands-on experience in in-house recruitment, adept at building candidate pools against diverse requirements.
  • Proficient in leveraging platforms like LinkedIn to identify and engage top talent.
  • Embrace new sourcing techniques and approaches to keep us ahead of the game.
  • Dedicated to meeting deadlines and delivering results without compromising quality.
  • Committed to continual learning and self-improvement, both technically and functionally.
  • Eager to take on new responsibilities and challenges to elevate our team's performance.

About Our Benefits:

  • We offer a competitive salary of R1,200,000 - R1,500,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
  • Enjoy a fantastic work-life balance with 25 days of annual leave plus Public Holidays, in addition to a bank of 16 hours of 'Flex Time Off' to be used whenever and however you choose.
