We are seeking a highly skilled Global Talent Acquisition Strategist to join The Legends Agency in Tygervalley, Cape Town.

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the company's workforce strategy and ensuring the delivery of top talent globally.

Estimated Salary: R1,200,000 - R1,500,000 per annum

About the Role

The Global Talent Acquisition Strategist will be responsible for developing and executing strategic recruitment plans aligned with the company's growth objectives. This will involve collaborating with senior leadership to understand future workforce needs and creating hiring plans that meet those demands.

You will work closely with the marketing team to create and maintain the company's Employer Value Proposition (EVP), ensuring a consistent presence externally and attracting top talent globally.

In this role, you will also establish and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure metrics are reportable across the candidate life cycle. You will drive operationally excellent, predictable, and repeatable processes to achieve hired employees across the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Recruitment: Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with the company's growth objectives, utilizing all relevant technology in all regions to ensure best-in-class candidate experience.
  • Process Management: Establish and maintain team KPIs and ensure metrics are reportable across the candidate life cycle. Ensure hiring goals are realistic and monitor progress against achievement.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong relationships with internal HR, business leaders, and other departments to showcase the strategic impact of ITA. Consult with the business leaders and HR team to ensure internal mobility processes are clear and adhered to.
Requirements
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in ITA and managing a TA team.
  • ATS System: Experience of implementing an ATS system would be advantageous.
  • Market Trends: Strong knowledge of market trends globally in recruitment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to Multitask: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
