As a Marketing Performance Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving customer acquisition efforts across digital and traditional channels. Your primary responsibility will be to analyze data from various sources, including PPC, SEO, paid social, and display advertising channels, to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Analyze campaign metrics using CPA, ROAS, and FTD% to ensure every cent spent brings results.
- Build dynamic dashboards and reports that communicate clear insights to the team.
- Identify high-value customer segments and tweak acquisition strategies to capture them.
- Develop forecasting models to predict marketing performance and customer growth.
To succeed in this role, you will need strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. You should also have experience with Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools, as well as knowledge of marketing concepts and terminology.
RequirementsThe ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field, and at least 3 years of experience in performance analysis, preferably in digital/acquisition marketing. You should also have advanced skills in Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, or similar, as well as experience with PPC, SEO, paid social, and affiliate marketing.
