Customer Service Specialist

Job Summary
We're looking for an experienced Return Administrator to join our team at One Day Only. This role involves managing the return process from start to finish, collaborating with internal teams, and providing exceptional customer service.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage customer returns, including data entry and physical assessments.
- Work closely with the Customer Service team to resolve return-related issues.
- Collaborate with the Supplier Liaison team to facilitate supplier assessments.
- Assist walk-in customers and update relevant information.
- Respond to emails and queries related to Returns.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs and implement updates as necessary.
- Identify trends and escalate them to your Team Leader.
- Maintain performance metrics and adhere to SLA requirements.
- Perform additional tasks as required by the business.
Requirements
- Excellent computer skills and ability to learn new software.
- Matric/Grade 12 (minimum).
- Customer service experience is advantageous.
- Administrative experience is advantageous.
- Experience in warehousing is advantageous.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and G-Suites is advantageous.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
