About the Job

Key Responsibilities:

  2. Apply service management principles to deliver high-quality services.
  3. Support product development and troubleshoot order-related technical issues.
Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in service management or a similar field.
  • Technical expertise in product development.
  • ITIL IV Foundation certification.
  • Strong customer service skills and effective communication.
  • Excellent time management and result-driven approach.
  • Fluency in German at a B2-C1 level.
  • English proficiency at a B2 level (desired).
