We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Service Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our client-facing department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing timely resolutions to client inquiries.

About the Role
  • Take ownership of high-profile cases from beginning to resolution, utilizing your analytical skills to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Manage work orders within business SLAs, ensuring seamless delivery and meeting client expectations.
  • Assess Health and Safety risks and proactively mitigate risks to the client's business, promoting a safe and secure environment.
  • Apply agreed behavioral and compliance standards consistently, upholding our company's values and reputation.
  • Share knowledge and skills with colleagues, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Communicate new information relevant to the campaign to colleagues, customers, and managers, promoting transparency and open communication.
  • Develop and maintain current knowledge of the campaign, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
  • Ensure first contact resolution at all times, delivering excellent customer service and building strong relationships with clients.
  • Protect information security and take responsibility for highlighting any issues using correct processes.
  • Provide exceptional customer experiences, exceeding client expectations and promoting loyalty.
  • Verify and update customer information, maintaining accurate records and ensuring data integrity.
  • Proactively offer solutions to issues or concerns customers may face, demonstrating empathy and a commitment to resolving problems efficiently.
Your Qualifications and Experience

This role is ideal for individuals with:

  • A minimum of 12 months international BPO call center experience (essential).
  • Experience in travel, e-commerce, retail, and fintech (advantageous).
  • Passed Grade 12.
  • Ability to work shifts aligned to US business hours.
  • Proficient in English verbal communication.
  • Self-motivation and high responsibility.
